In 1999, I was approached by another company in the pet industry about the possibility of selling our company. After completing the plan, it became evident to me that we could easily double the size of the company on our own in a relatively short period of time. If we could accomplish this on our own, why sell? Needless to say, we decided against selling the company and instead chose a path of rapid expansion. In the 5 years since we first used the software, we have tripled the sales of the company and more than quadrupled net profit.
