I am sure this statement does not come as a surprise to you. However, finding the right CRM solution is not easy. Whether it is too complex, too expensive, too feature rich, too feature poor, lacks proper support, or a myriad of other reasons, many of us have struggled to find the right CRM solution.
Don’t get me wrong. I have found lots of things to love about each of the CRM’s I have tried in the past, from the early days of ACT and Goldmine to more recent entrants like Salesforce and SugarCRM. They all have some outstanding features that I love, yet there is also some functionality that never quite fit with the way I work.
